STRATEGY & CAMPAIGNS

Give the brief a point of view.

A campaign needs a reason for someone to pay attention. Finding that reason takes an understanding of the audience, the offer and the situation the brand is entering. It also takes a decision about what the work should ask people to do.

Morph shapes that direction with the people closest to the business. We turn it into a brief that can guide creative, channels and the customer experience, with priorities the delivery team can use.

Make the important decisions early.

Who are we trying to reach, and what do they already know? What would make this offer relevant to them now? Which moments and places give the message a useful role? What needs to happen after someone responds?

Those questions help us shape audience priorities, campaign messages, creative territories, channel and touchpoint plans, and rollout requirements. The depth depends on the assignment. The aim is a direction specific enough to make choices, allocate effort and brief the people doing the work.

Strategy you can see in the work.

Rifai / Give international demand a route to purchase.

Rifai's international-commerce work paired the practical requirements of a cross-border store with campaigns for expatriate communities. Shopify Plus supported multiple languages, currencies and international shipping. Global-shipping campaigns addressed diaspora audiences in Europe, the US and Canada, while CRM activity covered cart recovery, re-engagement and loyalty.

Together, they connected the message to a store that could take the order.

Shop & Beyond / Follow the response through checkout.

For Shop & Beyond, targeted advertising sat alongside website navigation, conversion work addressing cart abandonment, SEO, social content and retargeting. Acquisition was part of a wider assignment that also examined how people found products, completed orders and returned.

Orders more than doubled, from 2,044 in 2023 to 4,236 in 2024. The case study sets out the work and keeps the different performance measures in their reporting contexts.

Performance notice: Results describe particular engagements and reporting periods; they are not forecasts. Morph does not guarantee sales, ROI, ROAS, rankings or AI visibility unless expressly stated in an accepted agreement or product-specific terms.

UGO / Give each audience a different job.

UGO's campaign distinguished people discovering the app, people ready to install and users who had installed but remained inactive. Localised creative addressed affordability, driver trust and safety. Retargeting considered inactive users, repeat users and people who had booked a ride without completing it.

That segmentation made the campaign's choices tangible: different messages and activity for different stages of participation.

Keep the direction useful through delivery.

As the work moves into creative and production, we keep the audience and intended response in view. Formats, timing and resources can change what is practical. We work through those choices against the agreed direction and review the response to inform the next move.

Before we start.

Can Morph shape the strategy without managing the whole campaign?

Yes. We can develop the direction for your team to execute or take an agreed role in delivery. The brief defines the output, responsibilities and handover.

Can we bring an existing campaign direction?

Yes. We can work from an approved direction and help resolve the audience, message or rollout questions that remain. The scope can focus on the decisions still needed.

How do you decide what success looks like?

We agree it against the brief. A film, a store opening and a commerce campaign need different measures, so we define the intended outcome, available evidence and reporting responsibilities for the assignment.

What does this campaign need to change?

Bring the ambition, the audience and the decisions you are weighing. We will work through the direction with you.
