SHOP & BEYOND / E-COMMERCE / LEBANON

Make the click worth more.

Shop & Beyond sells fragrances with an accessible price and a clear promise of quality. The next step was to make its online presence and buying experience work harder, from the advertisement that introduced a product to the checkout that completed the order.

Morph's work spanned paid media, e-commerce and conversion. ROAS reached 17.6x on an all-time reporting basis, and orders more than doubled, from 2,044 in 2023 to 4,236 in 2024.

The advertisement was one part of the assignment.

Morph managed targeted advertising and campaign optimisation alongside website development and user-experience improvements. Navigation from the homepage to checkout was part of the work, together with conversion improvements addressing cart abandonment.

SEO and social content supported discovery beyond paid advertising. Retargeting brought previous customers back into the conversation, giving the brief a repeat-purchase dimension as well as an acquisition objective.

The work followed the purchase: how someone discovered a fragrance, how they found their way through the store and how the brand could invite them back.

The annual order and cost figures describe the 2023-to-2024 comparison. The all-time ROAS figure has its own reporting basis.

Performance notice: Results describe particular engagements and reporting periods; they are not forecasts. Morph does not guarantee sales, ROI, ROAS, rankings or AI visibility unless expressly stated in an accepted agreement or product-specific terms.

Give the second purchase some thought.

Returning-customer rate rose from 18% to 22%. That measure concerns people coming back to buy, alongside the work on navigation, conversion and retargeting.

For a commerce brand, the first order creates a relationship worth continuing. The website and the communication after a visit both deserve a place in the brief.

What does the 17.6x figure measure?

Advertising-attributed revenue relative to ad spend, on an all-time reporting basis. It is a revenue-return measure, so it does not represent profit or a like-for-like annual improvement.
